Sick visits focus on the evaluation and treatment of short-term or sudden health concerns. Our clinic is equipped to assess many common illnesses and help you feel better quickly.

We strive to offer same-day or same-week appointments whenever availability allows.

Before your visit

  • Register through our secure online system if you are a new patient

  • Insurance verification completed prior to visit

During your visit

  • Evaluation of symptoms

  • Testing as appropriate

  • Treatment plan and prescriptions when indicated

After your visit

  • Follow-up instructions provided

  • Additional care or referrals arranged if needed

Lakepointe Primary Care is an insurance-based primary care clinic.

  • Most major commercial insurance plans accepted

  • Medicare accepted

  • Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance apply per your plan

  • Self-pay options available for uninsured patients

Laboratory services: Testing is performed by independent third-party laboratory vendors. Lab services are billed separately by the lab. Lakepointe Primary Care does not manage or control laboratory billing or coverage decisions.

 

When to Seek Urgent or Emergency Care

Some symptoms require urgent or emergency evaluation. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, confusion, or other concerning symptoms, please seek emergency care or call 911.
