Two-Day Appointment Process
This process involves a two-day appointment schedule to ensure all USCIS requirements are met accurately.
Day 1 Appointment
For your first appointment, please bring the following:

Completed Form I-693 (Part 1 only) — do not sign the form

A valid government-issued photo ID (unexpired passport, ID card, or driver’s license)

Immunization records with an official English translation (if available)

Payment, required at the time of the first visit (cash or credit card accepted)

A list of your current medications
During Day 1, required laboratory testing will be ordered or completed as part of the immigration exam process.
Day 2 Appointment (7–10 Days After Day 1)
Once all required laboratory results and documentation are reviewed and complete, you will return for Day 2.

Your Form I-693 will be completed, signed, and sealed

You will receive a ready-to-submit immigration medical packet for USCIS
